About the Role

As a VP, Data & AI Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding WillowTree's presence in the data and artificial intelligence (AI) market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and leading the sales process for data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for WillowTree's data & AI offerings.
  • Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities within target industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, technical leaders, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, strategy) to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices in data & AI.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the technology sector.
  • Deep understanding of data & AI technologies and their applications across various industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
