Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Cable Installation Assistant to join our team at Centurion Alarm & Lock NB Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for assisting tradespersons and other workers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems, including cable laying and termination.
  • Help tradespersons and other workers with tasks such as moving tools and equipment, and providing general labor support.
  • Work in a variety of environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in physically demanding environments.
