**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and trustworthy Health Care Aide to join our team. As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents in our Health Service Neighborhood receive the highest level of dignity and care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering meaningful relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, staff, and visitors, demonstrating empathy and tact.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Registration on the AHS HCA Directory.
  • Commitment to Touchmark's values: excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion.
  • Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment.
  • Ability to maintain patient and tactful composure in challenging situations.
