We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Development Associate to join our team at Masco Canada Limited. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of new products within our luxury plumbing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps to ensure a continuous pipeline of new products in the luxury brand business segment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product, pricing, and promotional planning.
- Develop business case proposals and present to senior leadership.
- Maintain competitive information and identify trends and new product segments.
- Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets.
- Interact with domestic and international sister business units to gather key information and data to support product launches in the Canadian market.
- University degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- 1-3 years' experience in category management or project management.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally.
- Self-starter with a 'General Manager' mindset.
- Excellent time management skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and using data to gain meaningful business insights.
- Project Management experience is an asset.
