Product Manager Fashion Plumbing

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team at Masco Canada Limited. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a multi-year product roadmap to ensure a continuous pipeline of new and innovative products in the Retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver on multi-year product roadmap to ensure a continuous pipeline of new and innovative products in the Retail channel
  • Lead Customer Line Reviews from a product standpoint
  • Develop business case proposals
  • Maintain competitive information
  • Identify trends and new product segments
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual sales and margin targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product launches and promotions are executing on time throughout the year
  • Interact with domestic and international sister business units

Requirements:

  • University degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years' experience in category management or project management
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally
  • Self-starter with 'General Manager' mindset
  • Excellent time management skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
  • Project Management experience is an asset
