Product Manager, Fashion Plumbing

At Masco Canada, we're seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fashion Plumbing department, you'll be responsible for driving product innovation and growth in the retail channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-year product roadmaps to ensure a continuous pipeline of new and innovative products in the retail channel.
  • Lead customer line reviews from a product standpoint, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and execute product, pricing, and promotional planning.
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets, identifying trends and new product segments to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product launches and promotions are executed on time throughout the year.
  • Interact with domestic and international sister business units to drive product innovation and growth.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5 years' experience in category management or project management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally.
  • Self-starter with a 'General Manager' mindset, excellent time management skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving and ability to determine solutions for customers.
