Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide essential support within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate various events such as seminars and conferences.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines.
  • Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages efficiently.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with electronic mail systems.
Work Environment

This position is seasonal and requires a commitment of 32 hours per week. The primary working language is English.
