Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to join our team at PERCY JOHN FLOORING LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring that our store offerings meet the needs of our customers.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the financial health of the store.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
