We are currently seeking a Finance Project Coordinator to join our team for Global Finance Optimization initiatives on a contractual basis. This role is pivotal in bridging finance strategies with technology, ensuring seamless collaboration on finance-related projects. The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring occasional presence in the office.

  • Evaluate existing financial processes to pinpoint internal control vulnerabilities and areas for enhancement
  • Deliver insights and solutions to leadership, including thorough analysis of operational workflows
  • Contribute to the development of future state process diagrams and assist in their implementation
  • Oversee the tasks and outputs of business analysts
  • Support and supervise testing strategies, including test scenarios and outcomes
  • Employ various methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) to formulate a future state process and strategy
  • Utilize practical project management skills (e.g., Agile) and experience in projects adhering to the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Collaborate with Project Sponsors and Leaders within the Global Finance division

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Project Manager within the Financial Services sector
  • Proven proficiency in developing process flows and mapping
  • Experience throughout the complete project lifecycle
  • At least 1 year of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Strong command of software tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and PowerBI
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and JIRA

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in change management
  • Familiarity with SmartStream
  • Experience with PeopleSoft
