About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Trades Helper to join our team at P.H.H. Construction Ltd. as a Construction Trades Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
Work Environment

As a Construction Trades Assistant, you will work outdoors in various locations, including construction sites. You will be exposed to dusty conditions and may work at heights.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train on the job
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, manual dexterity, repetitive tasks, and handling heavy loads
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and team player
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work term is permanent.
