About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A Class Takeout and Tiffin. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage inventory, track sales, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
  • Supervise the assembly of trays and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at A Class Takeout and Tiffin, you will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet demanding customer expectations. You must be able to maintain attention to detail and work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Willing to relocate.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role.
