Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Shell. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Order Merchandise: Source and procure high-quality products to meet customer demands and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Handle customer returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels, meet customer demands, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promote products, and drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Effectively manage inventory levels, ensure accurate stock counts, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Lead and motivate sales staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality store operations.
