Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of over 20 people, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful execution of our business strategies.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources, including human, financial, and material resources, to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordination and Representation: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection and Development: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and teamwork.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
