We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Shree Nilkanth Food Services Inc. O/A Dairy Queen. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that our policies and programs are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

The Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
