Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account seasonal ingredients and dietary requirements.
Kitchen Operations ManagementOversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented in an appealing manner.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Inventory ManagementManage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Quality ControlMonitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Personal QualitiesClient focus, dependability, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, team player, time management
Working Conditions- Work Language
English
Hours40 hours per week
