Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Coordinate the preparation and serving of food and beverages to meet customer demand
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Food Safety Certification and Safe Food Handling Certificate
