Position Overview

Reporting to the Director of Business Investments, this role is pivotal in assessing strategic and operational projects through data analysis and business insight, collaborating with various teams.

This position offers flexibility in location.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conducts financial and operational assessments for strategic initiatives and efficiency improvement projects.
  • Creates visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to convey these initiatives and performance reports to senior leadership and the Board.
  • Develops analyses and prepares materials on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support senior leadership and investor discussions.
  • Engages in FP&A activities, particularly during month-end and quarter-end periods, along with analyses aimed at enhancing commercial and operational performance.
  • Constructs intricate and comprehensive financial models tailored for the gaming and hospitality sectors.
  • Designs and assembles executive reporting packages for senior management and the Board, highlighting adjustments to business plans and forecasts.
  • Communicates effectively with relevant operational, treasury, and financial reporting teams.
  • Participates in cross-functional meetings to assist in preparing the corporate annual budget presentation for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, financial consulting, or a similar role within a multi-location organization.
  • Familiarity with corporate financial modeling is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Enrollment or completion of CFA or CPA certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Looker, Power BI, Cognos, or similar enterprise tools is a plus.
