About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Visionary to join our team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the experience of our delivery partners through Amazon Flex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that drives engagement and retention among our delivery partners.
  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new features and enhancements that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and research insights to inform product direction and drive business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate plans, metrics, and insights to diverse stakeholders, including leadership, business partners, and other product teams.
About the Team

We are a world-class team building a cutting-edge last mile delivery experience with Amazon Flex as a cornerstone of our strategy. Our team owns the end-to-end software product that shapes the experience of how delivery partners get work from Amazon Flex at what prices.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience working with and influencing senior-level stakeholders
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
  • Experience owning data-centric products
  • Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
