Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Shylo Home Health Care. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both our employees and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Staff Management: Review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, notify applicants of results of selection process, and prepare job offers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate records and databases, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and database software.
