Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing office affairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team and take initiative on corporate projects.
  • Assist in managing projects, including educational/retraining program coordination, research collaboration, and other organizational projects.
  • Support the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Manage office affairs, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, faculty, and administration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in software programs such as Salesforce, Eventbrite, Wordpress, and major social media platforms.
