We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at RONA Inc. As a key member of our Demand and Replenishment team, you will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring performance indicators, coordinating process improvement initiatives, and ensuring excellent collaboration with business partners.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory levels, sales forecasts, and turnover rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal partners to develop strategies and implement process improvements to optimize supply chain operations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with business partners, including marketing, store operations, and affiliates.
- Question existing processes and propose new solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support users in deploying new processes and adapting best practices.
- Represent the Demand and Replenishment function in improvement and transformation projects to ensure optimal performance and operational quality.
- Ensure that operational constraints of the supply chain are respected during strategy development by the marketing, stores, and affiliates teams.
- Bachelor's degree in operations management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in the supply chain sector.
- Strong analytical skills to formulate recommendations.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with computer tools such as MS Excel and database management systems.
- Good knowledge of JDA (an asset).
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Organizational skills, thoroughness, self-direction, and attention to detail.
- Well-developed business acumen and sense of urgency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
