We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Labourer to join our team at Custom Farm Service Inc.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop maintenance, farm equipment operation, and general labour duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform manual labour tasks such as hoeing, weeding, and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery
- Assist with crop maintenance and management tasks
- Participate in physical accessibility accommodations for employees with disabilities
- Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees
- Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment
- Recruit and support Veterans and other candidates with military experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and organizations
- Provide cultural competency training and awareness to employees
- Will train
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- 30 hours per week
