Job Overview

Timreed is in search of a seasoned Application Support Specialist to deliver exceptional support for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application as part of a comprehensive integration initiative. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support across various business units utilizing the application (Archer), overseeing issue management, change requests, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support contact for multiple business lines using the GRC application.
  • Manage and resolve issues, including change requests and technical problems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal application performance.
Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of experience in the IT field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in an application support capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL/SQL Server and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry or large enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with the Archer platform is a plus.
