Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Support Analyst to join our team at ProViso Staffing. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and technical expertise in the development and support of activities, processes, procedures, and tools for protecting information security with a focus on application security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise complex informatics assignments, designing and applying new methods and procedures.
  • Solve business problems by providing detailed technical advice, coordinating, leading, and monitoring technical systems inquiries.
  • Liaise with vendors and service suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Support and lead solutions with service providers, certifying satisfactory contract performance for systems development.
Requirements
  • IT Support Analyst experience with a focus on application support.
  • ServiceNow experience and knowledge of UNIX, VMWare, and Cloud infrastructure.
  • Database knowledge, including Oracle, and strong communication skills.
  • Nice to have: Banking experience, Mainframe knowledge, and SQL skills.
