Customer Service Representative - RV Rentals

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative - RV Rentals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their RV rental experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet customers, providing information and assistance as needed
  • Provide RV rental information, including features and benefits
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Walk customers through paperwork at pick-up and drop-off
  • Demonstrate features of the RV at pick-up
  • Check in returning RVs and handle customer complaints
  • Assist other departments as needed
Requirements:
  • Be a person of integrity and make a positive contribution to the work environment
  • Be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be fluent in either German or Mandarin (preferred)
  • Have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy working with an international clientele
  • Be available to work weekends
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines
