Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our hotel, including supervising staff, managing guest services, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
- Ensure that all guest services are provided in a timely and efficient manner, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Manage and maintain the hotel's computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote hotel services and events.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
