Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Sobha Investments Ltd. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our hotel, including supervising staff, managing guest services, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Manage Guest Services: Coordinate and deliver exceptional guest experiences, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Maintain Hotel Operations: Ensure the hotel's facilities and equipment are well-maintained, and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are carried out in a timely manner.
- Develop and Implement Policies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular standing and walking required to perform job duties.
