Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at SANDHU DRYWALL SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and security services.
  • Human Resources: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and oversee the coordination of office administrative procedures.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role, or equivalent experience.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
