As an Asset Mix & Trading Intern, your tasks will include:
Evaluating client account specifics and confirming trade limitations Analyzing the Asset Mix Outage Report Managing inquiries for the team Assessing unrealized gains Reviewing client accounts for tax optimization Evaluating alternative commitments and funding sources Generating and customizing reports Handling ad-hoc requests and projects Planning and modeling trades
Qualifications:
The Asset Mix Intern position is tailored for students in their third or fourth year of an undergraduate program or pursuing an MBA with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Economics. We seek motivated students with a solid academic background who are eager to enhance process efficiencies at CC&L. The ideal candidate will possess:
At least one prior work term in a related role Knowledge and enthusiasm for capital markets and financial principles Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, MS Teams) with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel Excellent time management and organizational abilities Capability to work effectively under pressure with a heavy workload A proactive approach with strong analytical skills Familiarity with various account types (RRSP, TFSA, LIRA, FHSA, etc.)

Salary: The salary range for this position is $42,700 CAD annualized. This range reflects the base salary for this role as mandated by legislation.
