Director, Organizational Effectiveness

At CPP Investments, we're committed to attracting and retaining top talent to drive our success. As a Director, Organizational Effectiveness, you'll play a critical role in shaping our global talent management and organizational effectiveness strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global talent management and organizational effectiveness programs, aligned with our strategic objectives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver best-in-class talent programs, processes, and practices.
  • Drive the redesign and implementation of our global competency model, integrating it into talent management practices.
  • Develop and execute a global listening strategy, leveraging analytics and research to inform strategic priorities.
  • Provide thought leadership and execution leadership on global talent management and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in developing and leading large global transformational talent management and organizational effectiveness programs.
  • Undergraduate or post-graduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, project management, change management, and design thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of internal and external relationship-building, influencing, and cross-functional partnership skills.
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to source, read, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
