- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Merchandising: Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for our sales team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Work Setting: Rural area
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
