Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our Operations Team in Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a group of franchise operators to ensure they are operating to COBS Bread's high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with franchise operators to analyze opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to drive business growth
- Lead and coach a team of franchise operators to achieve operational excellence and maximize sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Assist with the opening of new bakeries and ensure successful implementation of COBS Bread's marketing, product, and systems initiatives
- Drive operational excellence and ensure franchisees' sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- 2+ years' experience in a franchise retail environment or multi-site retail management experience
- 5+ years' managerial experience, ideally in the food service, hospitality, or franchise industry
- Skilled in analyzing financial results and performance metrics, and translating strategic concepts into actionable plans
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently and spend time 'in the field'

- Ability to influence others to affect change and drive constant improvement
