Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Managed Solutions is a key leadership role at IG Wealth Management, responsible for driving business operations and strategic initiatives. This position requires a strong leader with expertise in business knowledge, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve business processes, quality, and value proposition.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with clients, advisors, and stakeholders to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities to team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead the organization through change, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Onboarding and Talent Development: Recruit, select, and onboard top talent, and develop a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Detail-oriented with the ability to delegate and meet strict deadlines, while setting high goals and standards for the team and self.
