Experienced Project Coordinator for Pensions Initiative

S.i. Systems is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator with a valid Secret Clearance to oversee and enhance the comprehensive master schedule utilizing MS Project for a significant pensions initiative.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Certification in Project, Program, or Portfolio Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, PfMP, MSP, MoP, PRINCE 2, etc.)
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma (minimum two years in duration)
  • Over 5 years of experience with MS Project
  • More than 5 years of experience in creating Azure DevOps dashboards
  • Current Secret Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and support project timelines
  • Create and maintain Work Breakdown Structures
  • Generate relevant reports and identify scheduling or dependency challenges
  • Conduct critical path analysis
  • Facilitate schedule coordination with both internal and external project stakeholders
  • Manage activities to build and sustain software releases
  • Assist stakeholders in managing ongoing release activities and processes by resolving resource conflicts, scope, content, and timelines among functional teams to optimize overall project objectives
  • Engage stakeholders to achieve consensus on schedule revisions
  • Collaborate with project managers to continuously assess and manage risks and issues, ensuring resource conflicts are identified and addressed
  • Document any potential deviations that may affect the deployment schedule
  • Weekly collection of status reports and issues from project managers for projects involved in a release
  • Review planning phase deliverables from each project to ensure completeness and quality execution
  • Provide updates on project schedules
