Position Overview: As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead Advisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our comprehensive DEI strategy. Your efforts will enhance the employee experience and promote a culture of belonging throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic DEI roadmap that aligns with the organization's core values and long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
- Enhance the DEI narrative and work with communication teams to boost employee engagement and promote our DEI initiatives.
- Support the DEI Council by facilitating discussions and guiding initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace.
- Empower Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to cultivate a sense of belonging and community.
- Monitor and report on key metrics related to DEI efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in diversity and inclusion.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or human resources is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Skills:- Strong project management and change management capabilities.
- Proficient in utilizing Google Suite for effective communication and presentation.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and provide actionable insights.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
Location: This position is based in Montréal, QC.
