As a vital member of our team, you will be tasked with performing comprehensive maintenance and repairs throughout the premises.

Key Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician:
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to avert potential issues and breakdowns.
  • Execute maintenance tasks using technical documents, schematics, and verbal instructions.
  • Diagnose and resolve maintenance requests, including repairs to drywall, machinery, and other building components.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly.
  • Install and set up various appliances and equipment.
  • Verify the functionality of safety systems, such as fire alarms.
  • Ensure tools and workspaces are maintained in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Analyst to maintain appropriate stock levels of maintenance supplies.
  • Document daily maintenance activities thoroughly.
  • Work in conjunction with other team members and professionals.
  • Comply with company policies and safety standards.
  • Stay informed about regulations related to building maintenance and safety.
  • Perform regular inspections of the facility to identify and report any emerging issues.
  • Engage specialists for complex repairs and manage contracted labor as necessary.
  • Assess equipment conditions and plan for replacements as needed.
  • Occasionally assist in driving duties as required.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for the Maintenance Technician:
  • At least 3 years of experience in building and equipment maintenance.
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Proficient with technology and maintenance tools.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
  • Experienced in using hand and power tools.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Valid driver's license.
