Job Title: Building Maintenance Coordinator

At IMP Group, we are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including dusting, mopping, and repairing minor issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential problems.
  • Perform minor repairs and replacements, such as fixing broken locks and replacing light bulbs.
  • Assist with garden and yard upkeep, including mowing the lawn and collecting trash.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Experience using hand and electrical tools.
  • Basic painting skills.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and drawings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
