Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records

Ensure that all work records and logs are up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for future operations.

Provide Excellent Customer Service

Offer top-notch customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.

Coordinate Logistics

Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to meet the demands of our clients.

Stay Informed

Stay up-to-date with cross-border dispatching regulations and practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Follow-up on Issues

Follow up on issues with work orders to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruptions.

Support Operations

Perform general office duties and provide administrative support to the operations team.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

Will train the right candidate.

Work Language

English is the primary language of communication.

Work Term

This is a permanent position.

Hours

35 hours per week.
