Job Title: Solution Architect Hybrid Solution

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect Hybrid Solution to join our team at Artech LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Job Summary:

The Solution Architect Hybrid Solution will be responsible for identifying APM framework gaps and areas in need of improvement to support the management and prioritization of Technical Debt. You will contribute to increasing the maturity of Application Portfolio Management practice in support of the creation and integration of an IT Evergreening capability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the organizational context to establish new integration points with existing processes, teams, stakeholders, and governance committees.
  • Conduct a maturity assessment of the current APM practice to identify opportunities for improvements to better support departmental needs.
  • Develop a revised APM Business Strategy and design the new supporting APM Operating Models that includes people, process, data, and tooling improvements for various states of transition.
  • Manage the development and implementation of an architectural improvement plan and provide guidance and assistance to project resources and APM staff on various transformation elements of the APM business, data, and tooling.
  • Develop presentations and related training material to support the socialization of the 'to-be' APM business processes and the transition to new 'fit-for-purpose tooling.'
  • Prepare briefing materials for executive management and governance committees.
  • Assist with the documentation of all project artifacts required as per the departmental gating process.
  • Coach, mentor, and train the organization to perform any of the above.
  • Coordinate and/or facilitate stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Transfer functional and technical knowledge to the APM team and client staff through individual and group training, demonstrations, written instructions, and documents on an ongoing basis throughout the life of the initiative.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing architectural improvement plans.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong understanding of data quality management principles.
