In this position, you will be tasked with crafting comprehensive solutions for IT transformations, specifically concentrating on the Guidewire Insurance suite. Your responsibilities will include developing Guidewire-focused designs that are effective, secure, and in line with Aviva's IT strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solutions for projects involving the Guidewire Insurance platform
  • Generate design and migration strategies for Guidewire
  • Influence IT projects and estimate sprints for feature teams
  • Conduct architecture assessments to ensure adherence to standards
  • Offer guidance and training to team members
  • Recognize and mitigate potential risks and challenges in design solutions

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with the Guidewire Insurance suite
  • Familiarity with the Guidewire Cloud Platform and integration methods
  • Strong technical background and certification in public cloud services
  • Experience in designing integration solutions and modern development methodologies
