About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing solutions that meet our technology standards and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet Aviva's technology standards and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and platform teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Design and implement solutions that balance long-term direction with short-term goals.
  • Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and expertise to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, roadmaps, and architecture design and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance domain, especially claims business process, claims integration, and automation.
  • Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter and Guidewire Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of wider application technologies stack and infrastructure knowledge.
  • Strong technical experience with ability to apply it across various customer and business scenarios.
  • Financial skills to support development of cases and inform key design decisions.
  • Ability to balance long-term direction and necessary short-term goals.
