  4. Collaborate with RBC partners in Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to ensure holistic support for your clients' financial journeys.

Qualifications We Seek:

  1. A minimum of 4-6 years in sales with a focus on outbound engagement, comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  2. Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or commitment to do so prior to commencing the role.
  3. A strong enthusiasm for financial planning and a solid interest in investment management.
  4. Proven ability to foster relationships and connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in direct marketing within financial services, showcasing success in high-value sales and business development across various sectors.
  2. Completion of additional certifications such as the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
