Envision Financial is looking for a dedicated Commercial Banking Advisor to enhance our team.

The Commercial Banking Advisor plays a crucial role in the ongoing management and expansion of a designated portfolio of commercial clients. This position offers a comprehensive suite of commercial lending and investment solutions to our members while actively seeking new commercial opportunities through referrals, business networking, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Cultivates and nurtures relationships with current clients, collaborates with external business entities, and engages with individuals in the business sector to generate referrals. Actively seeks new commercial clients and represents the organization through participation in community events and initiatives. Portfolio Management: Aids in the formulation of annual business strategies by analyzing market trends and requirements within the assigned territory; maintains consistent communication with portfolio clients and fosters long-term relationships to ensure the sustained growth and profitability of the portfolio. Sales and Service Strategy: Delivers commercial lending and investment advisory services for commercial mortgages, loans, lines of credit, and registered investment products; refers clients to product specialists as necessary; and strives to meet or exceed annual sales and growth objectives. Risk Management: Conducts annual assessments or assists in gathering documentation for annual reviews on commercial accounts within the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with all credit terms and conditions, and regularly reports on portfolio performance; initiates collection efforts for accounts with delinquencies under 90 days and recommends suitable actions for significantly overdue accounts to maximize recovery; assists in credit recovery efforts for non-accrual loans as needed. Credit Underwriting: Ensures adherence to quality standards, risk management protocols, and sound underwriting practices across all lending activities. Approves commercial loans within designated limits.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or commercial banking or equivalent experience. Sales experience is preferred. Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively within a team environment. Excellent listening skills with the capability to identify client needs and provide suitable solutions. Results-driven mindset with demonstrated business development skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with adaptability to a dynamic environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly MS Excel and Word. Occasional overnight travel may be required. Demonstrates an understanding of risk and accountability by adhering to established policies and procedures. Pay Transparency: Salary Range: $73,920 - $94,700. The salary range provided in this job posting is intended as a guideline. The final compensation may vary based on various factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, as well as the candidate's skills and experience.
