PURATOS is seeking a dedicated Sample Coordination Specialist to join our dynamic Research & Development team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our product development process by managing and coordinating sample requests from both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire sample lifecycle, from request to delivery.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of standard product samples for easy access.
  • Manage shipment logistics, generating monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget adherence, response time, and follow-up effectiveness.
  • Provide support to R&D projects during the product development and adaptation phases.
  • Conduct analytical and application tests on competitor products under guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date R&D documentation, utilizing CRM systems for sample management.
  • Contribute to other R&D initiatives, such as sensory analysis, consumer testing, and customer support, with appropriate guidance.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety procedures throughout the sample selection, development, modification, and preparation processes.
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a laboratory-related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in food product development.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP or CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective interaction with colleagues, management, and external clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative relationships and achieving win-win solutions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and a proven track record of maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
