Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a team of 3-4 food service staff and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food products are prepared and presented to a high standard and that food safety and handling procedures are followed at all times.
  • Operations: Assist with the preparation of budgets and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Training: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment:
