Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, servers, and food preparers, to ensure efficient and effective food service operations.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, maintain accurate records of stock and sales, and ensure that all necessary equipment and tools are available.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff members to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of food service operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
