Food Service Team Lead

Kunjvihari Food Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and manage food service staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
The successful candidate will work in a noisy restaurant environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
