Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Meltwich Food Co is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality standards
  • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators
  • Coordinate and assign work tasks to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Standing for extended periods and attention to detail required
