Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

KUNJVIHARI FOOD INC. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a noisy restaurant environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work schedule will be 37.5 hours per week.

Security and Safety:

The successful candidate will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
