We are seeking a skilled Landscape Labourer to join our team at Paul's Lawn Care. As a key member of our outdoor crew, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and applying fertilizers.
- Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other tools.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and repair and maintain equipment as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, often in inclement weather.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Availability to work 40 to 60 hours per week.
This is an on-the-road job, requiring frequent travel to various work sites. The work environment is outdoors, with exposure to weather conditions, physical demands, and potential hazards.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English or French.
